Cost:
$300/employee. Includes all learning materials.

Length of Program:
Eight Weeks, one hour sessions per week

Agenda

The QuitOnce sessions accentuates the benefits of quitting and focuses on a methodical approach to quitting. Sessions include:

• A step-by-step plan on how to quit and how to stay quit
• Self-help practices
• Non-smoking training “assignments”
• Self-control techniques
• Relaxation methods
• Withdrawal management
• Assertiveness skills
• Lifestyle change awareness
• Self image consciousness
• Nutrition and exercise guidelines
• Stress management strategies
• Guest panel of successful quitters
• Group support, discussion and problem solving

Support after the Session

After the eight week session has ended, follow-up phone calls are made to every client at three and 12-month intervals by the program facilitator.

Relapse prevention is provided to all clients as needed via a monthly support group.
